We are SKI, a PCAB Triple-A Licensed Contractor and registered with the Securities
and Exchange Commission since 1976. We are one of the Top 5 General Contractors
and Top 500 Corporations of the Philippines.
In over 30 years, we built our company into a highly diversified construction firm
as we continually commit to the development of high-profile engineering projects
both locally and abroad. Our construction expertise has given rise to some of the
country’s major industrial plants, public works, multi-level buildings, residential
developments and commercial establishments. We consist of highly qualified men and
women passionately dedicated to delivering total contractor service to our clients.

Our Story
We began as a General Building Contractor of public and commercial buildings in
1976. We expanded our operations by the turn of the century, diversifying into various
community, commercial, industrial and residential projects delivered on-time --
all the time.
In year 2000, we achieved a milestone as we became the first Philippine contractor
accredited by the TUV Management Service GmbH as a General Contractor with an ISO
9001:2000 certification. Today, we are involved in large-scale civil and architectural
engineering projects and still diversifying. With the strength of our management
team and partners, we are capable of taking a more aggressive position in the Philippine
